Processing Time

All merchandise orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may increase during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment (if applicable)

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Art & ALTAR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Art & ALTAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. File a claim directly with the carrier

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to make it right.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Art & ALTAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
