Refund policy

At Art & Alter, everything we offer is created with intention — whether it’s a coaching experience, a digital resource, or something tangible you can wear and carry with you.

Because of the nature of our offerings, our policies are as follows:

Services (Coaching, Sessions, Consultations)

All services are non-refundable.

When you book a coaching session, workshop, or consulting experience, you are reserving dedicated time, preparation, and creative energy. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once a service has been purchased.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at Theartandalter@gmail.com at least 24–48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a reschedule when possible.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • downloads
  • guides
  • templates
  • courses
  • workshops (if delivered digitally)

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to issue refunds.

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at ShawandaLynette@gmail.com, and we will make sure you receive what you paid for.

Merchandise (Apparel & Physical Items)

We accept exchanges only on eligible merchandise.

We do not offer refunds for merchandise at this time.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • final sale items
  • custom or made-to-order pieces
  • items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Theartandalter@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will make it right.
